Information system is evolving along with the times because the information needs to reach the world in the real time. On the job routine belong to Bureau of Human Resources the data pension in Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. However, they were still using a manual system at the present time, such as arranging reports per month and data reception pension from KPH (Forest Management Unit). Certainly this situation may cause inefficiency and frequent errors in recording activities, processing and storing information. The primary purpose of the final report is to design the information registration system of pension at the Bureau of Human Resources Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. Using this system, the staff can work efficiently and can help to process pension data. The methods in this final project are the observation, interviews, and literature study. The result shows that the application of information systems can be applied at Bureau of Human Resources Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah in which the system process is used to the pension data.
