The study aims to identify the implementation of occupational health safety to achieve safety culture at PT. PLN DJTY(Persero) The qualitative and quantitative data were taken from primary and secondary source, and were collected using observation and interview. The data ware descriptively wriiten Based on the result of the discussion, it is concluded that implementation system includes protective device, training of safety in the form training of fire brigade and P3K training, health inspection, gymnastics activities, mental consultation. The culture of safety is implemented with symbols and equipments which are evacuation route, amergency stair, foot travel lane, parking area, evacuation assembly point, electrical hazard signs, no smoking sign, fire extinguisher and hydrant.
