Then control the production process in the company is a very important thing. PT. Masscom Graphy Semarang is a company engaged in printing indusrty. During its development, PT. Masscom Graphy Semarang experienced problems in the control of the production process that is not maximized can be characterized by an increased number of defects newspaper. This type of research is descriptive analysis. This study aims to determine the newspaper print production process control in PT. Masscom Graphy Semarang. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and literature studies. Data were analyzed by the method of quality control with Microsoft Excel tools. Based on the analysis results it, can be explained that the disability that occurs outside the limits specified standard company. This is because of the factors of raw materials, human resources and machinery.
