The study is about description of the administration system in delivering realization of concrete product at PT Wijaya Karya Beton sales area IV Semarang This final project is aimed to determine the implementation of the administration system in delivering concrete products made by PT Wijaya Karya Beton. The data used in the final project are the primary and secondary data. The method used to obtain the data in the preparation of this final project is observation, interviews and literature study conducted in May-June 2014 at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang. The direct observation is conducted at the Planning & Evaluation and Quality Distribution (PEDM) and Main Executing section (PELUT). The writing method in this final project is a descriptive research method. The result of this study on concrete product delivery process at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang includes planning, implementation, and evaluation, which used to improve the best service to customers, and to maintain customer satisfaction and the product delivery process of the concrete sending faces several obstacles, such as transportation, time, damaged product, and other constraints. Implementation administration system of concrete product delivery done at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang terms of administration include documents relating to thedelivery process such as SPP, SPPrB, SPtB, BAST, and Form Claim.
