CV Duta Karya Manunggal is a contractor services company that often joins procurement auctions. Auction strategy is a very important factor for the company to win the auction contractor procurement of goods and services, for the viability of the company. Objective of this final project is to describe the tender process and the strategy that adopted by CV Duta Karya Manunggal to win an open tender procurement. The final project report is descriptively written based on qualitative and quantitative data, which are collected through interview with the director of CV Duta Karya Manunggal, observation, and literature study. CV Duta Karya Manunggal uses strategy by offering low prices without reducing quality and specification of goods expected by the project owner, the complete documents and experience of companies. By applying the strategy, the company has won open tenders amounting to 8 tenders of 12 tenders in 2012 – 2014.
