The primary purpose of this final project is to identify the effect of price and quality product on purchase decision Suara Merdeka News Paper Semarang. The sample used in this research is 100 respondents in the Kecamatan Banyumanik and sample was selected based on purposive sampling. The statistical analysis used was multiple linear regression method, test reliability, test validity, F test, and t test. The result of the analysis is the price and quality products simultaneously and partially had a positive influence on purchase decision. The regression analysis shows Y = 4,438 + 0,456X1 + 0,266X2. Price was the most dominant variable for purchasing decision
