This study aims to determine the effect of smooth export and import efficiency on product competitiveness, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data sources were collected based on primary data from PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. This study was explored by statistical analysis of multiple linear regression, accompanied by descriptive analysis of respondents' characteristics and classical assumption tests, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test. The F-test states that the smoothness of exports and the efficiency of imports have a significant effect simultaneously on product competitiveness. Based on the Coefficient of Determination, the variables of smooth export and import efficiency affect the competitiveness of products by 64.6%. While the remaining 35.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that the smoothness of exports does not have a significant effect on product competitiveness partially. Meanwhile, import efficiency has a significant partial effect on product competitiveness.
