Koperasi Konsumen Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KKPRI) Politeknik Negeri Semarang is a type of consumer cooperative whose business activities are selling goods and services to members and the surrounding community, in which there is also a savings and loan business unit. The widespread of the Covid-19 virus and the government's recommendation to stay at home has reduced the intensity of sales activities in stores because Politeknik Negeri Semarang has implemented a system of teaching and learning activities at home. This makes it difficult for store customers who mostly come from the internal Politeknik Negeri Semarang environment to go to the store. The decrease in customers resulted in reduced sales transaction activities and resulted in a decrease in store sales turnover at KKPRI Politeknik Negeri Semarang. This study aims to design and build an online sales information system that can expand the scope of business and make it easier for cooperative members, in particular, to shop at KKPRI Politeknik Negeri Semarang. The system development method used in this research is the prototype method with the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, and the MySql database. The information system built can produce information including cash and credit online sales reports, a list of member sales receivable balances, and information on stock items.
