The aim of this study is to examine the influence of work environment and work stress toward employee performance at PT Tirta Indoraya Logistics Jakarta. Data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used was total sampling or census. Samples taken were 35 employees of PT Tirta Indoraya Logistic Jakarta. The t-test results informed that work environment and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. The results of the F test also informed that work environment and work stress have an effect on employee performance simultaneously. The results of the coefficient of determination, work environment variables and work stress have an effect on performance by 46.3% while the rest is influenced by other variables which are not examined.
