Information technology is developing rapidly along with the increasing need for information at various life scales. The information technology that is currently developing in the company into a computer-based information system that can increase user satisfaction because of the ease of access such as in decision making, getting information from the system more quickly and accurately. This study aims to analyze the influence of system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness on system user satisfaction in PT Samudera Indonesia Semarang Branch. The data used in this research was primary data and secondary data such as: questionary, company profile, employee list. The method of data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT Samudera Indonesia Semarang Branch. Respondents used in this study were 36 people. Respondents were selected using the Purposive Sampling method. Data collected were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the system and the quality of information affect user satisfaction, while perceived usefulness does not affect user satisfaction.
