The purpose of this final project is to introducing creative industry to the young generation and increasing the creativity of the society so that they will become a better human resource. This activity involves junior high school, senior high school, and college students. This report related with MICE (meeting, incentive, conference, exhibition) especially in Exhibition and Conference. Based on (Hafiz, 2007) there are three operational stages in event organizer so that the event can go smoothly. The three stages are pre-production, production, and after production. Pre-production on this event comprises determining theme and title, making a team formation, determining the venue, event promotion, and also managing the place and equipment permission. Production stage comprises the activities. There are few activities in Art Exhibition Space, those are Artpreneurship Talkshow, Art Exhibition, and Art Space Training. Post production stage comprises financial report and non-financial report. This event is supported by some companies such as: Indosat, GMedia, Aira Skin Care Clinic, and Annida. This event also in collaboration with some of media partners such as: SSFM, Cradio, Radio Idola, Sonora FM, Up Radio, JFM, Asatu.id, Trax FM, Metro Jateng, and PinSemar. Artpreneurship Talkshow is charged for 10k, Art Exhibition is charged for 50k, and Art Space Training is charged for 35k. This event was attended by 160 people which of them are participants, invited guests, artist and trainer. there were 19 team work in charge of their duties. The profit of this final project is 232.000 IDR. Respondents suggestion are this event must be held again in the future and could more be better for preparing the event.
