The aim of this study was to analyze the financial performance of PT. Industri Jamu and Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. after conducted the Initial Public Offering period of 2014 - 2018 and its influence toward the profit growth. The ratios used to analyze the financial performance were liquidity (current ratio and quick ratio), solvability (debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, and operating income to liabilities ratio), activity (total asset turnover), profitability (return on asset, return on equity, and net profit margin), and valuation (earning per share). Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by SPSS 25 was used in this study equipped with the Classic Assumption Test and Coefficient of Determination to analyze the influence of current ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), total asset turnover ratio (X3), return on equity (X4), and earning per share (X5) as independent variables on profit growth as dependent variable. The data were secondary data obtained from the annual report and financial report of PT Industri Jamu and Farmasi Sido Muncul. The result showed that overall the financial performance of PT Industri Jamu and Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. after conducted an Initial Public Offering was in good condition even though fluctuated. Meanwhile, the multiple linear regression analysis results with the model Y = -0,948 + 0,105X1 + 6,776X2 + 2,038X3 + 17,056X4 – 0,082X5 showed that partially, the variable of total asset turnover ratio has positive significant and earning per share has a negative significant influence on profit growth. However, the other variables of the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, and return on equity have an insignificant influence on profit growth. On the other hand, Simultaneously all of the independent variables significantly influence profit growth. While based on the coefficient of determination test, it was found that independent variables have a contribution to explaining the dependent variable in 35.8% while the rest of 64.2% is explained by other variables that were not described in this research.
