PT Jamkrida Central Java is a company engaged in the field of credit guarantee. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Job Training on Employee Competence at PT Jamkrida Central Java. The population of this study were 36 employees of PT Jamkrida Central Java. The sampling method in this study uses non probability sampling techniques and the type of sample used in this study is saturated sampling. Data collection methods using observations and questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability testing.
