Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karayawan PT PLN (Persero) UPDL Semarang



The purpose of this research, first, identify the level of working ability, work discipline and employees performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDL Semarang. Second, to find out the influence of working ability toward employees performance. Third, to find out the influence of work discipline toward employes performance. The last, to find out the influence of working ability, work discipline toward employees performance. To collecting data this research used questionnaires which are distributed to 30 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPDL Semarang. The analysis data used descriptive analysis and analysis multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS 23. The result of this research shows the level of working ability, work discipline and employees performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDL Semarang in high category. Second, working ability had partial positive and significant impact toward employees performance. Third, work discipline had partial positive and significant impact toward employees performance. Fourth, working ability and work discipline and simultaneous influence employees performance. The value coefficient determination was 0,740, it means that contribution of workin ability and work discipline toward employees performance was 74%. To enhance employees performance, PT PLN (Persero) needed to increase working ability and discipline. Conceptual ability of employees must be increasing by managing individual decision.
