The extent of International market makes all competition inevitable, so that it can

affect the economic conditions in Indonesia. CV Erinco is one of the many

manufacturing furniture production companies in Semarang, which produces

qualified export products with excellent qualities and luxurious design. Sometimes

the delivery of products are late because the completion of production process

doesn’t met the schedule. The purpose of this study is to determine the production

completion date at CV Erinco as efficiently as possible so the delivery of products

will be accordance with the schedule by analysis network planning using CPM.

This method is expected to be used to control the coordination of various activities

in production so the production process not only can be completed in a timely

manner but also help the company organizing the planning and control the

production completion date efficiently. The data collection method in this research

is by direct observation at CV Erinco by using techniques such as interview,

observations, and documentation. This observation took place in June 2017. The

initial plan for Coffee Table (CT-0001) production process is 10.11 hours each unit.

Based on the analysis of network planning using CPM, each production process for

Coffee Table (CT-0001) can be completed 9.71 hours. In August 2016 until January

2017 there are 72 order from buyer with 63 unit production each order. The initial

plan for Coffee Table (CT-0001) production process need 636.93 hours for 63 unit

production. Based on the analysis of network planning using CPM it need 611.73

hours for 63 unit production and time efficiency for 25.2 hours or at 3.9%.
