A development of a region could be observed from financial development and independent particular region in running local government. One of the factors which support it is the availability adequate financial, such as Own-Source Revenue. OwnSource Revenue is obtained from several sources such as local tax. Local tax gives an approximately big contribution to Own-Source Revenue. This research aims to determine the influence of local tax on district own source revenue Semarang. The sample which is taken is the accepting hotel, restaurant, advertisement and street lighting taxation from 2008 to 2017. The statistic method which used in this research is descriptive analyse, classic test and hypothesis test, such as : the same of double linearity regression, F test, t test with significan average 5%. The results of the study show that restaurant tax, advertisement tax, street lighting tax have a significant impact towards District Own-Source Revenue Semarang, while the hotel tax does not effect Own-source Revenue. Time series regression analysis data was obtained adjusted 2 value 0,992, shows that the contribution of independent variables on explaining the dependent variable is 99,2% and the remaining 0,8% was explained by other variables which were not examined in this study.
