Turnover intention is affected by many factor, some of them are financial compensation and working environment. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of financial compensation (X1) and working environment (X2) on turnover intention (Y) partially and simultaneously. The method of collecting data are questionnaire, interview, observation, and literature review. The amount of sample are 100 production department employees. Double regression is used in analyzing this research. The result shows that financial compensation and working environment partially and simultaneously have significantly influence on turnover intention, based on double regression equation calculates, obtained the following mathematical equation Y= 44,116+(-.921) X₁ + (-,840) X₂ + 0,377 e1, from the following equation looks that there are negative impact on turnover intention from financial compensation and working environment. If financial compensation increased by 1, it will reduce turnover intention by 0,92 and if working environment increase by 1, it will reduce turnover intention by 0,84. financial compensation and working environment give contributions to turnover intention of 61,5% while 38,5% were influence by others variables that were not described in this study. Since this research only used two variables, this could be the weakness of the research. Therefore, it is suggested for the next research to use different variables other than variables in this research which influence turnover intention by 38, 5%
