PT Garuda Laut Perkasa is a subsidiary of PT Samudera Perdana Selaras which is engaged in marine transportation services. PT Garuda Laut Perkasa runs cargo handling services business. The data of cargo handling services volume on 2017 was unstable, it has impact to the profit of this company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customers’ satisfaction on cargo handling services in PT Garuda Laut Perkasa. The methods used to analyze data are validity test, reliability test, assumption classic test, multiple linear regression method, f-test (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and the coefficient of determination test (R2 ).
