Street lighting tax is one of the regional income earned from the withdrawal of Local Taxes. Street lighting tax in Semarang has great potential to increase the original revenue of tire region, it can be seen from the realization that has been achieved from 2013-20/ 7 has exceeded the budget that has been set so that the Realization of Local Revenue also increased. Such increases may be even more potenJ if constraints such as monitoring or supervision over Road Ligh1 Tax collection are further improved. This study aims to determine how the impact of Road Lighting Tax on Local Revenue and how strong the influence of Road Lighting Tax on Local Revenue in Semarang. Data collection method ztved is interview. The method of writing used are description and exposition The description method is used to describe the history and general description of Semarang local goverment revenue, while the exposition method describes the effect of Road Lighting Tax on Local Revenue of Semarang, Data analysis was done by using simple linear regression analysis method and simple correlation analysis followed by coefficient of determination From the results ofrhe study showed that Street Lighting Tax has a positwe influence on Local Revenue in Semarang and has a strong influence on Local Revenue in Semarang o/86.57%.
