This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of variable BI rate, inflation rate, income per-capita, and gold prices against the distribution of mortgage credit class B on PT Pegadaian (Persero) branch Depok Semarang. This study uses secondary data obtained from Bank lndonesia website, Badan Pusat Statistik website, hargaemas.org website, and PT Pegadaian (Persero) management information system website with type of time series data during January 2013 - December 2017 period. Data used in this research include BI rate, inflation rate, income per-capita, gold prices and distribution of mortgage credit class B on PT Pegadaian (Persero) branch Depok Semarang. The statistical model used is multiple linear regression analysis model and hypothesis test using F test and t test. The results of this study are the four variables, namely BI rate, inflation rate, income per-capita, and gold prices both simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on the channeling of distribution of mortgage credit class B at PT Pegadaian (Persero) branch Depok Semarang. Of the four independent variables it is known that the most dominant effect on the distribution of mortgage credit class B is the variable income per-capita because it has the value of beta coefficient and t count the largest.
