The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and after sales service working to customer satisfaction Indihome PT. Telkom Kandatel Ungaran. The data are collected by observation and questionnaire. The sampling technique is accidental random sampling. The population in this study are customer of Indihome, consioting of 1426 respondents with 100 samples. SPSS version 16 is used to process data. The results shows that multiple linier regression is = 6.181 + 0.604 1 + 0.161 2 + . This means that price and after sales service have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The t value for price is 8.783 (greater than t table 1.660) with a significance value of 0,000 (less than 0,05) and t value for after sales service is 2.905 (greater than t table 1.660) with a significance value of 0,000 (less than 0,05), meaning that price and after sales service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The value of determination coefficient ( adjusted R Square) is 0.460, meaning that customer satisfaction can be influenced by price and customer satisfaction equal to 46,0% while 54,0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. It is recommended that PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Ungaran should give affordable price with stable internet connection and fast respon when repairing the product for customer satisfaction.
