Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada perum perhutani divisi regional Jawa Tengah



The primary purpose of this final project is to identify the influence of working environment of job satisfication on Perum Perhutani Division Regional of Cental Java. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instruments used to collect the data were questionnaires, observation, and literature review. The statistical analysis used is simple linear regression method, reability test, validity test, and t-test. Simple linear regression method produced equations Y=1,905 + 0,930X. The reliability test and validity test showed that the data were valid and reliable. The hypothesis using t test leading to the conclusion that: working environment variables had significant influence on job satisfaction on Perum Perhutani Division Regional of Central Java. Working environment as the dominant variable needs to be considered and improved. The result of the ttest analysis shows that the working environment variable resulted t= 10,525 were bigger than significant of 0,05 using 5% scale. It means that working environment had a significant impact on job satisfaction on Perum Perhutani Division Regional of Central Java. Then the coefficient of determination (R Squared) was 19,1 % it means that the job satisfaction was affected by the working environment and the other was affected by other variables which are not observed.
