Compensation is all of income that company provide to employees in the form money or goods. The payment made to member of work teams for their participation. The research aims to find out and analyze Influence of Direct Financial Compensation and Indirect Financial Compensation to employees ' performance at PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk a Case Study Of Semarang­Batang Toll Road Project Section 1 & 2. The methods used to collect the data are interviews, questionnaires, and literatur review. The Sample in this research are 35 respondents, the questionnaires are distributed to the permanent employees of PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk A Case Study Of Semarang- Batang Toll Road Project Section 1 & 2. The data analysis methods are semantic scale and multiple linier regression analysis. Semantic scale is used to see qualities of perception of Direct Financial Compensation, Indirect Financial Compentation and Employees' performance. Meanwhile regression analysis is used to determine the influence of Direct Financial Compensation and Indirect Financial Compensation to Employees' performance. The result of the research shows that Y= 1. 748 + 0.273 X1 + 0.509 X2. It means that result of regression give positive influence on employees' performance. The coefficient of determination was 0, 731. It means that the influence of direct financial and non direct finansial compensation to employees performance was 71, 4 %. While the rest of 28, 6 % was influenced by other factors.
