The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work stress to employees motivation at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Sharia Branch Office Semarang. This research is conducted with descriptive and quantitative methods that use primary and secondary data. The methods of collection the data are observation, study literatures, and questionnaires. The population in this study are all employees PT Bank Tabungan Negara Sharia Semarang, totalling to 47 permanent employees as sample in research. The result of the calculation of regression obtaines Y = 6.794 + 0.591X. It means that result of regression give positive influence on employees motivation. Then, t value of work stress is 6.499 (bigger than t tabel 1.679) and signification value is 0.000 (less then 0.05). It means that work stress has a positive and significant effect to employes motivation. The coefficient determination (adjuster R Square) is 48.4%. It means that the employees motivation is influenced by work stress, while the rest of 51.6% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study is a partial variable work stress significantly affect the work motivation of employees so that based on the conclusions of the results of this stud, it is recommended that PT Bank Tabungan Negara Sharia Branch Office Semarang to manage the time and workload of each employee.
