Productivity is one of the urgent indicator in assessing the improvement of a business company. The employee’s productivity is a primary factor for a company in the goals of the research. The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of wages and working environment toward The North Face merchandiser in PT Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali branch, who are the employees of the The North Face merchandiser in PT Pan Brothers Tbk. The total 35 was the result of calculation using census method. While analysis techniques of the data used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear method, t test and F test. The result of regression analysis indicated that wages and working environment had positive influence toward employee’s working productivity. Based on the t test results, it indicated that the wages variable had positive significant influence on employee’s work productivity. Based on F test, independent variables had significant influence the employee’s working productivity simultaneously, with coefficient of determination of 0,674. It’s meant that 67,4% of employee’s working productivity could be explained by variables of wages and working environment, while remaining 32,6% by other variables which were not observed
