UMKM Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji Semarang is a company that produces tahu bakso which is one traditional food. In assessing financial aspects it needs appliance to analyze financial report. The purpose of the financial report is to analyze the financial condition of the company of the internal and eksternal side of company. This final project aims to investigate the financial performance of UMKM Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji in the years of 2013 until 2015 using ratio analysis on the financial statements based on the regulations of the State Minister of UMKM Republic of Indonesia number 06/Per/m. KUKM/V/2006 concerning guidelines for the assessment of cooperatives and small and Medium Businesses. The financial aspects are assessed by three ratios. They are; ratio of profitability, liquidity, and their solvency. The results of company financial performance shows that profitability ratio in quite ideal, while solvency ratio in less than ideal and liquidty ratio in very ideal
