The purposes from this research are knowing and explaining of influences to the employee’s mutation significantly (X1), employee’s training (X2) and knowledge management (X3) through the employee’s performance (Y), knowing and explaining the employee’s mutation influences (X1) to employee’s performance (Y), knowing and explaining the employee’s training influences (X2) to the employee’s performance (Y), knowing and explaining the knowledge management influences (X3) to the employee’s performance (Y). The statistic method that was used to test the hypotheses was multiple regression analysis. The population of this research the employee of Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel. The sample used 40 respondents. The results of this research showed that all variables were positive. The signification of employee’s mutation was 0,094, it means that employee’s mutation do not affect significantly to the employee’s performance. The signification of employee’s training was 0,000, it means that employee’s training had significant affect to employee’s performance. The signification of knowledge management was 0,021, it means that knowledge management had significant affect to employee’s performance. The result of multiple regression analysis were Y = 0,167 + 0,214X1 + 0,530X2 + 0,304X3. If employee’s mutation (X1), employee’s training (X2) and knowledge management (X3) increased, employees’ performance (Y) would increase too. The result of determination coefficient shows that all independent variables give the contribution about 81,8% to employees’ performance.
