Persepsi konsumen hotel Grasia Semarang sebagai hotel syariah



The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumer’s perception of Grasia Semarang Hotel as a sharia hotel. The analysis methods used was index perception by Three-Box Method. Before analyzing, the data had been tested using validity and reliability test. The methods of collecting the data are inteview, observation, questionnaire distributed 100 respondents and literatur study. From this research, we can find that 55% respondents do not know Grasia Semarang Hotel as a sharia hotel. Based on open question in questionnaire, most of the respondents say that Grasia Semarang Hotel can be recognized as Sharia Hotel. The result of the index analysis shows that consumer’s perceptions Grasia Semarang Hotel as a sharia hotel all variables is good. The perception index on facility is (83,50), guest (88,625), marketing (85,25), food and beverage (80,33), decoration and ornament (82,92), operational (81,6). Although the index average of all variables is high, but there are some variables that have medium index. Thus, services based on sharia principle must be improve.
