The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work environment on employees motivation at Alfamart store operations in Semarang, to analyze the effect of the level stress working on employees motivation at Alfamart store operations in Semarang, to analyze the influence of the working environment and the level stress working on employees motivation at Alfamart store operations in Semarang. The subject is the employees in Alfamart Store, Semarang Barat with the capacity of 50 persons. Samples used Purposive Sampling, the sample of the subject group selection is based on the characteristics or specific traits which are deemed to have a close relation with the characteristics or properties of the previously known populations. The methods used to collect were observation, interview and questionnaires. Data is analized with multiple linear regression with the help of software SPSS 16.0 for windows. The technique used in the research to get the conclusion is a multiple linear regression technique. Analyzing data by using a multiple linear regression’s technique, it showed that Y = 6,498 + 0,301 X1 + 0,470 X2. It explains that the working environment and working stress have effect toward working motivation. Because of the significant value of working environment and working stress is more than 0,05 so, that it can be concluded that there is the effect of working environment and working stress which is significant toward working motivation employee’s in Alfamart Store Semarang Barat
