Analisis pengaruh ketidakpuasan pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan berhenti berlangganan produk Indihome pada PT. Telkom (Persero) Kandatel Ungaran Semarang



The purposes of the research were to determine the influence of service unsatisfactory to unsubscribe decision, to determine the influence of price to unsubscribe decision, to determine the influence of product quality to unsubscribe decision, and to determine the influence of unsatisfactory service, price and product quality to unsubscribe decision of Indihome at PT Telkom (Persero) Kandatel Ungaran Semarang. The methods in collecting data use were observation, literature study, and quessionares. Data that were used for this research were primmary data and secondary data. Primary data of this research were spreading quessioners to 92 respondents. Analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and the testing using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows verrsion 20.0.The analysis of the test result shows that there is positive effect on unsatisfactory sevice toward, price, and product quality to unsubscribe decision of Indihome at PT Telkom (Persero) Kandatel Ungaran Semarang. The suggestion on this research was to be aware to decided the price of Indihome to make costumer still use the product.
