The purpose of this final project is to invite all the photography-lovers particularly those who living in Semarang to celebrate 459th anniversary of Semarang City. The project is conducted workshop about photography (PhotoSpeak) and photography competition such as Model Photography Competition, Photo Exhibition Competition and Instagram Likers Contest. It is also constitute the place for photography lovers to increase their photography technical skill and appreciate their creativity as well. The project is related with MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition), focus in meeting and exhibition. It is divided in three operational stages of Event Organizer, there are Pre-Production Stage, Production Stage and After-Production stage. The Pre-Production Stage divided into three activities, there are planning the workhsop and competition, looking for sponsorship and donation and promoting the event. The Production Stage concerned with implementation of PhotoSpeak and model photography competition, photo exhibition competition and instagram likers contest. The After-Production Stage concerned with financial and nonfinancial evaluation. The project is also use pricing strategy and promotion strategy. In pricing strategy the project applied going-rate pricing by setting IDR 25K as the regristration fee of PhotoSpeak and Model Photography Competition, IDR 10K for each photo file to join Photo Exhibition Competition while no charge to join Instagram Likers Contest which is also as publication media. Promotion strategies as a variety of promotional mix consisted of, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and publicity. The project is conduct cooperation and suported by many companies, such as Semarang Governmental City (Pemerintah Kota Semarang), Kimia Farma, PTPN IX, Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, Nina Bridals, Freshasan, Batik Jayakarta, Waroeng Lesehan FIFTY-FIFTY, Mandiri Art, IndoPrinting, Puri Maerakaca, Myazaria Beauty Skin, Seno Tratak, Rental Kamera Semarang, BabmbangRSD and Suara Merdeka as media partner. The project was attended by 111 participants of PhotoSpeak & Model Phootography Competition, 1 Speaker, 4 models, 1 jury. There were 24 committee members which were appointed as the event committee including the chairman, secretary and treasurer. There were 16 participants in photo exhibition competition with the number of photo is 38 photos and 41 instagram account join Instagram Likers Contest. The profit of this event is Rp. 1. 439.000,-.
