Analisis pengaruh pembelian kompensasi finansial dan non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada PT. kereta api Indonesia (persero) daerah operasi 4 Semarang



This research is to know the influence of financial compensation and non financial compensation on employee’s working motivation at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang. The methods of data collection are interview and questionnaire completion. The samples of this research are 45 respondents and analytical methods used are the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression method, t-test, and F-test. Regression analysis the effect of non-financial compensation was higher than the financial compensation on employee’s motivation. Based on t test, it indicates that financial compensation and non financial compensation have positive significant influence on employee’s working motivation. From F test, it is known that independent variables simultaneously influence the employee’s working motivation significantly, with coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,902. This means that 90,2 % of employee’s working motivation could be explained by variables of financial compensation and non financial compensation, while remaining 9,8 % is influenced by other variables which are not observed.
