Pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada hotel grasia Semarang



The purpose of the research is to identify the influence of work stress and work environment on employees job satisfaction at Grasia Hotel Semarang. This study used work stress and work environment as independent variables and employees job satisfaction as dependent variable. The methods of collection data in this research are interview, observation, literature study and questionnaires to 50 employees with insidental sampling method. Analysis of data used are multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination. The result of multiple regression analysis is Y = 947 – 458 X1 + 943. It means that work stress provides negative influence while work environment provides positive influence on employees job satisfaction. The result of t test for work stress is – 7,120 with significance of 0,000 while t test for work environment is 7,477 with significance by 0,000. The result of F test is 83,552 with significance of 0,000. It means that there is a significant influence of work stress and work environment on employees job satisfaction. The result of coefficient determination is 0,771. It means that work stress and work environment provides influence on employees job satisfaction accounted for 77,1%.
