Use of information systems at PT New Ratna Motor Group increasingly complex and very necessary for the company's business activities. PT New Ratna Motor has the IT division in developing information systems, and it is feared that only a system of innovation. This can make the costs and benefits of the information system is unbalanced and difficult to measure. This study was purposed to measure the economics value of Nasmoco Integrated System-Promise Delivery Date investment and identify the impact to PT New Ratna Motor Group values using information economics. This method is an extension of traditional cost and benefit analysis (TCBA) by adding values concept. Financial approach and non-financial approach are used to trace benefits. The results showed that ROI from traditional cost and benefit analysis (TCBA) is 8,14 %. Assesment of value linking, value acceleration and value restruturing obtained enhanced ROI of 85,86 %. It shows that NIS-PDD is provide direct economic and the system is able to reduce the risks and speed up the transaction process. Total score of NIS-PDD is 56 and the project awarded “good”. The investment for NIS-PDD has been effective because the system is considered quite helpful and useful in monitoring sales.
