There are some points of the implementation of technical acceptance of fire insurance applied by PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Branch Semarang. They are explanation of technical acceptance implementation, policies of acceptance, related units and required documents. The purpose of this study is to reveal rules of activity, the units involved and mention the needed documents. The data used in this study were collected by observation, interviews and literature review. It is descriptively. The result shows that the implementation of technical acceptance of fire insurance begins by filling in SPPK (submission later), risk survey, making document of risk survey, risk analyst, making document of underwriting info and evaluating the acceptance of branch, decided premium, rate, decided limit approval authority and the last one is making policy and starting protection.
