Archives have an important role to support activities with in a company. But still there are many documents and files in a ware house that are not neat. Documents it would be hard to find and will be easily damaged when a document is required. Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pemali Juana also perform archiving activities for each incoming document each day will increase. Records management is a way to store documents that can still be reused at any time. The purpose of this Final Report is to determine how records management is done on the unit Satuan Non Vertikal Tertentu Pelaksanaan Jaringan Pemanfaatan Air (SNVTPJPA). The method used is descriptive. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and literature studes, it was conducted with several objectives, namely Knowing records management, archival storage Knowing, and Knowing how to use the equipment archives. The data showed that the management of records can be used in an archival storage management, equipment records and archival storage supplies, management records aims to archive find archive if one day it is needed again. So file management is done with some provisions by way of storing, structuring, and by means of equipment used to archive.
