The purpose of this study is to find out the procurement system in production department of PT Primatexco Indonesia Batang. The method of this analysis was descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by interview and observations. The data consists of primary data, secondary data, qualitative data and quantitative data. The results of this study shows the source of recruitment is from the SMKN 3 Pekalongan. Procurement process starts from the administration selection, psychological test, physical test, interview and medical test. Employees who have accepted will follow a job training for 2-3 years which will be assessed in a book report card of employees as a consideration that employee candidate will be appointed as permanent employees or will be removed/not accepted as employee.
